Return Policy

At Beyond the Stage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order (i.e. you select the wrong size, you picked the wrong artist, or you don’t support art anymore) you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Original packaging and tags (if applicable) should be included.
Digital products, gift cards, and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us – Email: BeyondTheStageLIVE@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions – We’ll provide details on where to send the item.
Ship the Item – You’re responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund or Exchange – Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or send a replacement.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
